Summer Camp

Early Drop Off: 8:00am | Late Pickup: 6:00pm
6/19 and 7/4 are closed in recognition of federal holidays.

Registration Fee: The registration fee for each family is $100 (non-refundable).
Lunch Fee: $8 per day for lunch (optional). Students may also bring their own lunch.

Full payment of summer tuition is due on May 18.
A full refund (excluding the registration fee) will be granted for withdrawals if SEEDS ACADEMY is notified at least two weeks before May 18.
No refund will be given after 5/18.
If the course is canceled by SEEDS ACADEMY, a full refund (including the registration fee) will be provided.

Please ensure that your child arrives and departs from the class location on time.
If your child will be absent or late, please notify the organizer in advance.
Students are expected to actively participate in class activities and follow safety and class rules.
SEEDS ACADEMY reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if a student seriously violates rules or shows disrespect toward others.

Parents must inform SEEDS ACADEMY of any medical conditions prior to registration. SEEDS ACADEMY is unable to provide medical care or accommodate special medical needs.
SEEDS ACADEMY will take reasonable safety measures to ensure the safety of students. Parents understand and agree to the risks involved in these activities, acknowledge the minor's capabilities, and believe the minor is capable of participating in such activities.
In the event of any accident or injury during the camp, parents agree not to hold SEEDS ACADEMY legally responsible.

SEEDS ACADEMY may photograph or record class activities for promotional or educational purposes.
If you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please notify SEEDS ACADEMY in writing.
